Body prayer is a physical activity which promotes spiritual communion with God. It is sometimes accompanied by verbal communication, but is often experienced simply as spending deep and meaningful time with God. Participating physically in prayer changes the nature of our conversations with God. This liturgy is taken from the Gospel Reading for 24 May 2020 – Go and make disciples of all nations (Universalis)
One member of the group takes the part of Jesus. One person reads. Others are disciples. Try this liturgy once or twice before entering into prayer
