Jesus Goes to His Father

There are many ways to pray.  Why not experience ‘ prayer through movement?’ – a physical activity which promotes spiritual communion with God. It is sometimes accompanied by verbal communication, but is often experienced simply as spending deep and meaningful time with God.  Participating physically in prayer changes the nature of our conversations with God.
