The workshop was held in Clane parish close to Maynooth and Liam led the group through his new album 'Healing Songs' The choir enjoyed meeting the youth choir from Clane who very generously provided delicious pizzas to end the day!
Saturday was the official launch of the new document in the Renehan Hall in St Patrick's College Maynooth. The document was launched by Bishop Donal Mc Keown and present were representatives from many dioceses throughout Ireland. Rejoice opened the proceedings with a traditional piece from Liam Lawton called 'Paidir na Trionide'. This piece is taken from an Irish prayer found in the new document. Rioghnach Devine sang solo accompanied by Dearbhla Bradley on harp. The choir thoroughly enjoyed their trip away and they even managed to make a star appearance on RTE news that evening!
